Every spring the Dutch bulbfields are a wonderful feast for the eyes. We include admission to Keukenhof Gardens, a riot of colour with almost eight million bulbs including tulips, daffodils, narcissus, hyacinths, lilies and amaryllis. The spectacular display is set against a sumptuous backdrop of traditional and modern landscape gardening. The 32-hectare park has themed gardens, water features and indoor flower shows with dispays including azaleas, orchids and begonias. It is easy walking with flat paths in the park and there are several restaurants. Workshops led by artistic flower arrangers can be organised for groups (small additional cost).

We travel on the latest ships to join the P+O Ferries fleet. At 59,500 tonnes, these huge floating hotels reach new heights of passenger comfort with air-conditioned en-suite cabins, a tiered Sunset Show Lounge with live entertainment, Sky Lounge/Piano Bar with panoramic views, self service buffet restaurant (see below for details of special meal package), a la carte restaurant, Continental Café, Wine Bar, Irish Bar, casino, two cinemas (local charge), shops and Quiet Room.

The price of £115 is based on Sunday to Thursday departures from most regions. Weekend departures are from £125. There is a £10 per person supplement for outside cabins with two lower berths.
